Adding photos.

Please help. I have regestered both my young cats missing but dont seem to be able to add their photos. Any suggestions?

Hi Paul,

I'm sorry that you're having issues with adding your pets. We've received a number of enquiries over the past week regarding this particular issue.

When you enter your profile and click "add a pet" Once all of the details on the page are filled in and you've uploaded the picture, it doesn't give you a preview. Simply click the 'register' button. This will then take you to the page where you can enter the geographical area by postcode and then drag the marker to exactly where your pet was lost. If the problem persists, please don't hesitate to email us - info@lostpetlocator.co.uk with your photgraphs and profile name and we'll add it for you.

Hi There,

i seem to be having the same problem:-( i am unable to load a photo of my dog on your site, after loading the photo and registering it just takes me to my lost dog profile without asking for the location could you please help?
